: The purpose of the procedure is to enter into a participation agreement for the implementation of additional coverage of health costs with compulsory membership for the benefit of agents of the City and the CCAS of La Chapelle d'Armentières. The staff interested in this participation agreement are: Permanent agents and non-permanent agents of the member communities of the La Chapelle d'Armentières command group. The additional social protection guarantees requested (within the meaning of Article 2 of Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011) are: Risks of harm to the physical integrity of the person and risks linked to maternity, referred to as "health" risks.
