This consultation concerns the establishment of a participation agreement for complementary social protection of pension risk for agents of the municipality of Issoire. This agreement is a group contract within the meaning of article L. 141-1 of the Code insurance with compulsory membership for agents working professionally on behalf of the subscriber. It applies to all agents whose subscriber is the employer within the meaning of law 2025-1251 of December 22, 2025. The guarantee sought is reimbursement of daily allowances in the form of salary supplements and bonuses in the event of incapacity for work or disability, retirement supplement following disability, or payment of capital in the event of death or total loss and irreversible autonomy, for the benefit of territorial staff.
