Tender Details

1. The task involves the partial renovation of sidewalk surfaces within the administrative boundaries of the city of Grudzidz in locations indicated by the Ordering Party. The scope of renovation works includes removing any failures and performing minor repair work (sinkholes, unevenness, cracks) of individual road elements (pedestrian road surface, sidewalk surface, parking lot surface, bicycle paths, footpaths, curbs, lawn edges, wells in the road). The price includes the value of man-hours, all preparatory works, delivery and cost of material, traffic organization for the planned works, as well as equipment work. The expected amount of construction that the Ordering Party plans to produce is 840.53 m2.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in particular in the documentation contained in Annex No. 5 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, if the description of the subject of the contract includes a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 4.
