Tender Details

The subject of the order is the partial renovation of municipal roads with asphalt surfaces in the communities of the Zebrzydowice Commune in 2026: - mineral-asphalt masses, - stone blocks, - surface reinforcement with stone chips. The offer should include prices: C1 cost of repairing 1 m2 of asphalt mass with a thickness of 4 cm; C2 cost of supplementing 1 m2 of subgrade with a thickness of 10 cm; C3 cost of 1 m2 of surface consolidation of the surface with stone chips. The basis for the work will be determined before the repair begins supervision inspector, who is an employee of the Commune Office and with the participation of the Contractor, the framework scope of works and preparation of the bill of quantities of the subject of the contract, which will constitute the basis for the post-construction settlement of the works. A deadline will also be set for the completion of individual tasks work. Technological breaks that involve leaving cut-out surface defects longer than one day are not allowed, i.e. cutting out the defect and filling it with a bituminous mixture should be done on the same day. In the event of a sudden change in conditions weather conditions or other accidental events occurring through no fault of the Contractor, the inspector should be immediately notified...
