Tender Details

Partial renovations with emulsion and chippings, a total of 300 tons in the area of ​​the Road Circuit in Susz. The order includes partial renovation of bituminous surfaces (dry chippings) using a renovation machine equipped with two tanks for two different aggregate fractions. Podstawowe wymagania dotyczce wykonania zamwienia: 1. gruntowne oczyszczenie uszkodzenia z kurzu, lunej ziemi i bota; 2. emulsion spray; 3. filling the gap; - filling with a mixture of thick grain. 5/ 8 mm lub 8/ 11 mm do ok. 20 mm poniej ostatecznej surface along with compaction using compressed air; - filling the wearing layer with a mixture with grain. 2/ 5 mm; - sprinkling the wearing layer with clean grit. Only road cationic emulsions will be used as a binder for dry grit renovation quick disintegrating. Nie dopuszcza si wykonywania robt podczas opadw atmosferycznych i temp. otoczenia poniej +10C oraz temp. remontowanej nawierzchni niszej ni +5C.
