1. The subject of the order is construction work, within the meaning of Art. 7 point 21 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in partial renovations of bituminous surfaces in the city of Bydgoszcz in 2026.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, scope and conditions of execution of the order are described in: 1) the draft provisions of the Agreement with annexes, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including: a) description of the subject of the order with annexes, constituting Annex No. 2 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, b) technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of construction works (SST), constituting Annex No. 3 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, 2) template of the offer form, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, 3) template of the offer cost estimate for the basic order, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 4) template offer cost estimate for the order covered by the option, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
