The subject of the order is the task titled: Partial renovations of bitumen surfaces in 2026. 1) The scope of the order includes: - repairs of bituminous surfaces should be carried out in places indicated by the Ordering Party, within the deadline each time indicated by the Ordering Party for a given scope of work, - carrying out partial renovations of bituminous surfaces using the following technologies: Mineral-asphalt mixture from a stationary bituminous mass plant or mineral-asphalt mixture from a stationary bituminous mass production plants with disturbance of the subgrade and possible supplementation of the subgrade with road aggregate, in accordance with the detailed technical specifications, constituting an integral part of this SWZ. Renovations will be carried out successively, in accordance with current needs the Ordering Party and its financial capabilities.2) The Ordering Party informs that in 2026 it is planned to repair roads and streets with a total area of approx. 950 m2.3) The Ordering Party reserves that the number of works indicated in the SWZ are estimates and are intended only for calculation unit price of the offer.4) All costs related to the execution of the order The Contractor is obliged to include in the price ...
