Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task titled: Partial renovations - post-winter and summer patching of potholes and road defects on county roads in the Oświęcim poviat in 2026. Part 1 - includes county roads in the area of: Commune and The city of Brzeszcze, the commune and city of Chemek, the commune of Owicim, the city of Owicim; The part consists of two stages of implementation (the so-called post-winter and summer stages). A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the works are specified in the appendices to the SWZ: Specification technical Lists of district roads Bills of quantities Designed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract. The works will be accepted in a protocol for a given period, within 14 business days from the date reporting the completion of the works to the Ordering Party.
