Brief description of the procurement: The main goal of the procurer is to renovate the ventilation of the Pynsi school-kindergarten on time and at optimal costs in accordance with the project documentation for the renovation of the ventilation of the Pynsi school-kindergarten (job no. prepared by Element Grupp OÜ EG-1/4-26 ), to the description of works and other conditions stipulated in procurement documents. The works include all general construction and special works, including heating, ventilation and cooling works, strong and weak current works, automation works, water and sewage works, closing the existing natural ventilation openings and restoring the finish. All performed work must meet the established requirements, so that the object of the contract is as durable as possible in later maintenance and the materials used are long-lasting and maintenance costs would be as low as possible. Construction quality and rationality in operating costs must be guaranteed in the best possible way.
