Tender Details

The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the renovation of the surface of municipal roads located in Krynica-Zdrój and Mochnaczka Wyna. The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of the following elements of works: 1) milling of bituminous surfaces;2) mechanical construction of the river bed;3) construction of the lower foundation layer;4) construction of the upper foundation layer;5) construction of surfaces from mineral-bituminous mixtures;6) vertical adjustment of wells for drainage grates;7) vertical adjustment of wells for sewer hoses;8) vertical adjustment of wells for water and gas valves. The scope of the order is specified in detail in the design documentation, Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ and STWiORB, Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. Conditions of order execution are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The contractor must offer at least a 12-month warranty period for physical defects and a quality guarantee for the entire subject of the contract.
