1. The subject of the order is: partial renovation of asphalt roads in the Wilkowice commune.2. The subject of the order includes: a) repair of defects in the wearing layer with an average thickness of 4 cm by cutting out the edges of the defects, cleaning, sprinkling with emulsion cations, filling with bituminous mass and compaction: guaranteed number of works 2, 000 m2 maximum number of works 3, 000 m2b) adjustment of storm and rainwater or sanitary collector hoses to the road surface: guaranteed /minimum/ number of construction works to be carried out - 5 pcs. maximum number of construction works to be completed 10 pcs. The minimum scope of the subject of the order means the scope that the Ordering Party guarantees to complete during the duration of the contract. The implementation of the subject of the order to the full / maximum / extent constitutes a right that the Ordering Party may, but does not have to, exercise during the term of the contract.3.
