Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task of carrying out construction works related to the partial renovation of the bituminous surface of roads managed by the Wielka Wie Commune in 2026. 2. To calculate the unit price, the average depth of defects should be assumed - 5 cm. 3. The estimated area covered by the scope of works is 1, 225.00 m2. 4. The Ordering Party will each time indicate to the Contractor the roads that will be subject to renovation. 5. The ordering party requires completion by November 16, 2026. 6. Repair of the bituminous surface will consist of: - marking the work site, - cutting the edges of damaged areas of the surface and giving the damage regular shapes, removing (cutting out) rubble, - restoring the bituminous surface using mineral-asphalt mass, - compacting the layer of mass mineral-asphalt using a roller or plate compactor, - sealing the connection between the batt and the existing edges with asphalt emulsion, - rubble disposal.
