The subject of the order is: Partial renovation of bituminous roadways in 2026 in the Stszew commune using the Contractor's material. Location: Stszew Commune, Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship. Scope of work in accordance with the attached bill of quantities. Note! Given in the bill of quantities the scope of work is the maximum quantity. The Ordering Party reserves the right to perform a smaller scope of works according to its needs. If the entire amount specified in the contract is not used due to reduced demand, the Contractor will receive remuneration for the actual number of completed works, determined on the basis of the unit rate and the actual number of completed works. Other works in accordance with the bill of quantities and tidying up the area after completed works. The Contractor will perform all necessary works for the proper execution of the subject of the order. The work should be performed in accordance with the tender documentation and in consultation with the Ordering Party. The work will be performed on the basis of a written order placed by an employee of the Municipal Office of the Stszew Commune, which will define the scope and deadline for implementation.
