This contract is a public partial project management contract relating to the construction of an elevation of the premises of the intercommunal technical center and aimed at carrying out part of the basic missions and additional missions OPC and SSI. A previous project management contract relating to this operation was concluded on April 17, 2025 with the firm ADP Architecte, whose head office is located at 39 boulevard Paoli - 20200 Bastia. This market has been interrupted in progress of execution. In order to ensure the continuity of the operation and the continuation of the studies necessary for the completion of the project, the contracting authority has decided to relaunch a procedure for awarding a project management contract for the resumption of the mission basic from the project study phase, on the basis of the study elements already carried out within the framework of the previous contract
