Tender Details

The subject of performance is the provision of rail accident service when dealing with extraordinary events in railway transport by providing emergency aids. Subcontracts will be awarded with the renewal of the competition according to the rules set out in Appendix No. 4 of the Call. Public the contract is entered as a sub-limit sectoral public contract for services in connection with the performance of relevant activities according to § 151, paragraph 1 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"). In accordance with § 158 paragraph 1 ZZVZ, therefore, the contracting authority does not proceed in awarding this public contract according to the ZZVZ.
