The Bidder's task is to provide integrated, complex, Hungarian-language administration IT supporting the sub-tasks of parking management and certain user processes, detailed in the Technical Description issued as part of the Public Procurement documents, to support the tasks performed by the Bidder. provision of a system (hereinafter: System).

Parking system operation support

Part of the System is the software enabling the complex task system of street inspections and surcharge determinations to be carried out, which can handle valid waiting permits and by paying surcharges or tasks related to collection in the claims management procedure, as well as provides users with a mobile phone application running on iOS and Android operating systems and a Customer Window interface. The tenderer's task is also to provide, as part of the software, smart parking, and a closed parking system. The tenderer's task is to provide a complex parking administration, control and operation IT system that meets the requirements specified in the ML, the installation, maintenance and operation of the individual software elements, i.e. full-scale operation, updating it in an automated way, as well as training the employees of the Bidder about the program.
