Tender Details

Parking system DTU wants to buy a parking system for DTU's campus in Lyngby. By a parking system, DTU means a technical system that is used to register and manage the use of a DTU's parking spaces. The system aims to provide a continuous overview of how many parking spaces are occupied and how many are available. The registration must be done using cameras or inductive coils, which are placed at the entrances and exits to the car parks. Every time a car drives into the parking lot, it is counted as an occupied space, and every time a car pulls out, a corresponding space is released. In this way, the system can continuously calculate how many parking spaces are available. The information must be displayed on digital parking signs at the entrance or along the access roads, where motorists can see how many spaces are available before they drive into the area. Appendix 1 - Requirements specification describes what the parking system must be able to do. Appendix 5 shows the standard for electrical work on the Lyngby Campus. Appendix 6 shows the building permit from Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, which must be complied with in connection with the delivery. Appendix 4 shows an overview map of the Lyngby Campus and where the parking signs should be, including whether it should be single or double sign.
