1. The subject of the order are construction works including the creation of parking spaces at ul. Lenej 3 in Kowary.2. The scope of road infrastructure works includes: 1) preparatory and demolition works, 2) earthworks, 3) street elements, 4) foundations, 5) surfaces, 6) masonry retaining structures, 7) other works, 8) preparation of a permanent road traffic organization design, 9) preparation of a temporary road traffic organization design, 10) implementation and notification 7 days before the introduction to the District Office and the Municipal Police Headquarters for permanent traffic organization, 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ documentation, which includes: 1) detailed design, 2) detailed technical specification of execution and acceptance work, 3) decision of the Lower Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments No. 1962/2025 of the Conservator of Monuments (extension to decision No. 2324/2024) to carry out construction works.4.
