The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests bids for the delivery of the parking monitoring system as a SaaS service (Software as a Service) in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. The starting point of the procurement is to be delivered as a user service, from everyone a ready-made system that is fully in production use in the parts required in the request for tender, the implementation of which does not require customer-specific customization (so-called turn key solution). In this context, customization is not considered in the procurement documents described integrations with other systems used by the customer. The procurement contract is concluded with one provider (supplier). The fixed-term contract period lasts four (4) years, after which the contract continues indefinitely with a mutual notice period of six (6) months, unless the contracting entity terminates the contract to end at the end of the fixed-term contract period. Partial offers or alternative offers are not allowed.
