This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Fondation de l-Hôpital Montfort (“FM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS), as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).FM operates approximately 358 parking stalls across two (2) parking facilities located at the Hôpital Montfort (HM) site, serving visitors, patients, and authorized users. FM currently operates gated parking systems at both lots, supported by:· Three (3) pay-on-foot payment stations located inside the hospital facility cash, debit, and credit card payments;· Two (2) parking occupancy display boards, located at each parking lot and one (1) provide the ability to display the current status of both parking lots.
