1. The subject of the order is the provision of multi-discipline investor supervision services over the implementation of the investment project called: Park of Bridges II Modernization of the area around the building of the Municipal Cultural Center in Zgorzelec.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes supervision of the investment referred to in section 1 of this chapter, which is implemented in accordance with the terms of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, in a manner consistent with the contract concluded by the Ordering Party with the Contractor of construction works and the principles of technical knowledge. 3. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the draft contract in force legal regulations and principles of technical knowledge. The scope of the investor's supervision covers the entire scope of construction works, works and obligations specified in the SWZ regarding the investment task referred to in section 1 of this chapter.
