It is a turnkey solution in which the contractor is responsible for the entire construction process, starting with the existing buildings from demolition and proper handling of waste to completion of the building and obtaining a use permit. The building will be built in accordance with the basic procurement documents and their annexes. The contractor is responsible for the constructive project and all necessary special work projects (incl electricity, weak current, water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation, cooling, automation and other technical systems) for the preparation. The contractor is also responsible for preparing the necessary approvals, documentation and execution drawings. The contractor submits the use permit application and is responsible for obtaining a use permit. In the course of the construction works, you must cooperate with the construction supervision and prepare all the required acts, measurements and other documentation.
