The subject of the latter is a study that will respond to the planned right-of-way of the Prask (road I/2) elbow (change to a breasted elbow, a new shoulder to the arel, a traffic light and a difference in connecting and exiting lanes). Clem is aware of the feasibility of a future-connected arel, to propose its concrete form, including the connection to the mentioned junctions, and to determine the related traffic engineering and organizational measures. The study will examine the capacity of the transport infrastructure and will include all types of transport (p, bicycle, public and individual car) with regard to for the operational needs of the area. The essence of the design will be a new two-way local road, enabling bus operation, including a public lighting design.
