The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for the procurement of consultancy services. The municipalities need technical advice with wailing spaces. Desse vert nytta for engineering design services for roads, lakes and sewage up to contract with executors with meir. Høyanger municipality would like to use this procurement to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 or 4 tenderers for the sub-area. Høyanger municipality would like, through this contract, to get simple and good access to technical consultancy services and to get a licence in accordance with this with good quality and at the right price. The extent of the contract is unclear, and the order does not include Høyanger municipality enough to procure the volume in accordance with this procurement. The municipality ́s contract that one can announce assignments of more than NOK 300, 000 in equivalent competitions. The framework agreement has a framework of up to NOK 6, 000, 000 over a 4 year period. We emphasise that this is an estimate based on own knowledge of price, historical consumption and plan-made activity. A quarter year budget and any other guidelines from the municipal council, debting laws and regulations and equivalent will also be a guideline for the activity. The expected value is NOK 5, 000, 000
