Action 6.1?: ADDITIONAL PROTECTION STUDIES OF 3 SITES VULNERABLE TO FLOOD BANK EROSION Action 6.4?: HYDRAULIC STUDIES AND LOCAL FLOOD FLOW MANAGEMENT MEASURES Action 6.9?: RECOVERY OF FLOOD EXPANSION ZONES: STUDIES NEUTRALIZATION OF MERLONS SMIVAL would like to entrust a service provider with carrying out part of the following 3 actions of the ongoing PAPI Lèze: Action 6.1?: ADDITIONAL PROTECTION STUDIES OF 3 SITES VULNERABLE TO FLOOD BANK EROSION Action 6.4?: HYDRAULIC STUDIES AND LOCAL FLOOD FLOW MANAGEMENT MEASURES Action 6.9?: RECOVERY OF FLOOD EXPANSION ZONES: MERLON NEUTRALIZATION STUDIES This action proposes to develop, as an extension of the PPG, studies aimed at to limit the vulnerabilities linked to the erosion of banks in flood on 3 sites identified in the PPG in Saint-Ybars (09), Saint-Sulpice (31) and Labarthe (31) where homes are threatened by the phenomenon. If the feasibility study leads to inferior work to the value of the goods to be protected, then actions will be triggered to carry out the work (outside of this contract). Otherwise, an amicable acquisition process will be initiated and the actions will be redefined (project management and plan financing).
