1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Thirty Pesos (₱2, 611, 030.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Logistic Support for Dalan ti Umili for the Provincial Agricultural Office (PAO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
