The object of the acquisition is the former site located on the edge of the Kylänvuori 1st-class groundwater area (1030118) in Kurika Demolition works of property 301-10-84-1 of Panfur fur processing factory. Demolition works are part of a larger procurement package, which will also be included later the cleaning of the soil below the demolished hall with mass exchange and in situ technology and the reception of the masses are to be tendered. The whole is a service procurement that exceeds the EU threshold. This acquisition announcement applies only to those on the property demolition of buildings and structures. The contract price is the total price shown in the offer. Part of the work included in the total price is done as unit-priced fixed-rate work. These works are presented in the tender documents.
