The department of veterans affairs, visn 6 network contracting office (nco), on behalf of the kernersville va health care center (hcc) is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to seek small business, veteran-owned small business (vosb) and/or service-disabled veteran-owned small business (sdvosb) sources for kleinsasser panendoscopy instruments. The needed instruments are specific for use in the upper aerodigestive tract (pharynx, larynx, upper trachea, and oesophagus).
This is a brand name only requirement for compatibility with existing surgical instruments. Offeror must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer; the manufacturer is karl storz.
New equipment only- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer s warranty.
The north american industry classification system (naics) code for this acquisition is 339112 and the classification code is 6515. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the government.
