PALABAYAN MULTI-PURPOSE HALL COMPLETION
TINOC-2026-019
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY-2026 20% LDF-Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Palabyan Multi-purpose hall Completion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for Palabyan Multi-purpose hall Completion. Completion of the Works is required until 10 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
