Description : 3 months Pakyaw Services to be hired for Corn Banner Program for the period of July 01 to September 30, 2022
1. Assist the technical staff in the implementation of Corn Technology Demonstration and Corn model Farm (Crop out)
2. Assist the technical staff in consolidating the submitted Project Proposals for the availment of Farm machineries and equipment and check the lacking documentary requirements.
3. Assist the technical staff in the delivery of service/intervention under Corn Banner program (photo documentation, safekeeping of documents and report, preparation of gate pass and RIS, completion of MOA and releasing of intended interventions).
4. Assist the technical staff in collecting and consolidating submitted pre and post master list and client satisfaction Feedback Form (CSF) of corn farmer beneficiaries of seeds, fertilizers and pesticides and submit the same to the Regional Office
5. Produce 150 various fruit tree planting materials
6. Do other work assign by the immediate supervisor
