The subject of the award is the construction of the waterworks of the main drainage facility (HOZ) in the c.ú. Jevíčko-suburb, Jevíčko municipality, Svitavy district, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended of later regulations and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and under the jurisdiction of the State Land Management Office as follows: - "JEVÍČKO, ODPAD U ZD OTEVR", ID 5090000197-11201000, open channel with a total length of 1.733 m (trapezoidal profile with vegetation fortification), year of acquisition 1932. The subject of the award will be two parts of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a total length of 26 m (18+8 m) located on plot no. 5358/1 in c.ú. Suburb scene.
