DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - OB000156_80630 - Painting Services Standing Offer Agreement, CFB Borden.Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” painting services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with one (1) additional one (1) year option period, with a maximum estimated value of $400, 000.00 ($200, 000 per year). Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued at an average of $6, 000.00; the maximum value of a commission / call-up is $ 25, 000.00.The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement.
