Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Building construction.ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of construction works of Tk.20.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under who-s Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5 (five) years Tk. 30.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.20.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.v) Up-to-date VAT, TAx, TIN, Trade License must have to be submitted with tender..vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers.vii) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.
