York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for the supply of Paint and Painting Supplies for the Maintenance Centre. Maintenance Centre staff (painters) will purchase paint and paint supplies on an as needed basis. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for the supply of Paint and Painting Supplies, on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs.

The Board spends approximately $125, 000.00 per year for Paint and Paint Supplies. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract.

There are approximately 221 locations in the York Region District School Board.

Proponents are hereby invited to bid the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
