The assistance will take care of the final responsibility, management of the technical secretariat, technical supervision of CSOs, preparation of calls for proposals, selection, attribution and monitoring, and financial and technical evaluation of grants, communicationfuck. It will do so with the support of a number of experts (and any subcontractors) and staff from the project management unit, all of whom will be contracted under a program estimate.
For the technical supervision of CSOs, it will be important to use the manpower and know-howalready existing with some Haitian CSOs already experienced. A hundred small local CSO structures will need technical information sessions on the calls for proposals for the sub-grants, will need specific training on management issues.u project cycle, and management and organizational development, etc.
