Realization competition for a school building
Subject of the Procedure is to obtain a solution proposal for the construction of a new educational building, which, after the project, is intended to fulfill the function of a elementary school with day care school. The spatial and functional program sees 17 educational rooms (including 4 I-Plus classes) divided into 4 Educational cluster before. As a pilot project in the area of sustainability, the topics of the city economy and Re-Focus are in focus in the sense of the "Smart Climate City Strategy of the City of Vienna". In connection with the demolition of the "Bafep Alt" existing building, a re-us potential catalog was created, which should be taken into account in the conception.
