Subject of the proceedings: PAG 46 refrigeration compressor oil, 5-liter package (4 packages) Subject requirements: 1. Maximum completion date: up to 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.2. Transport of goods at the Seller's expense and risk to the registered office Ordering Party3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the invoice. If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before execution of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date of order execution.4. A statement from the Seller that the delivered goods are brand new/refurbished and free from defects.5. Required warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery to the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.).6.The offered products must comply with the DSU and DTR of the vehicles and have approval for rolling stock7. Delivery of goods with protective packaging is required.8. It is required to protect the goods against conditions during transport atmospheric conditions.Additional provisions:1. The Contractor undertakes to pay the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.) a contractual penalty: a) for delay in implementation in the amount of 1% of the Contractor's net remuneration for each day of delay. However, this penalty may amount to: maximum 10% of the order value;b) for withdrawal from the contract in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's net remuneration.2.
