PACKAGE C2: TRAINING MANAGEMENT FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE FIELD EPIDEMIOLOGY TRAINING PROGRAM - INTERMEDIATE COURSE (FETP-IC)
1. The Department of Health (DOH) - Center for Health Development Northern Mindanao (CHDNM) through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (RA 12314) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱6, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package C2: Training Management for the Conduct of the Field Epidemiology Training Program - Intermediate Course (FETP-IC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DOH CHDNM now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Package C2: Training Management for the Conduct of the Field Epidemiology Training Program - Intermediate Course (FETP-IC) .
