BALAY NA SANTIAGO
1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City, through the 2026 Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Twenty One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and 36/100 Only (PhP 9, 321, 729.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package 26-49: Construction/Improvement of Balay na Santiago, Calao West, Santiago City with Project Identification Number No. INFRA 26-15-49. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
