Description : Invitation to Bid for PACKAGE 26-26:
GOVERNMENT FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT
1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City, through the 2026 General Fund & 2024 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos and 68/100 Only (PhP 8, 105, 328.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package 26-26: Government Facilities Development, San Andres, Santiago City with Project Identification Number No. INFRA 26-09-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
