(Project Title)
1. The Municipality of General Nakar, through the Approved AIP/SIP Reference Code: (8000-4-2-13.1, 8000-4-2-13.2, 8000-4-2-13.3) (8000-3-2-027-3-5-9-1) (3000-500-4-1-15) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (750, 000.00). (Php 300, 000.00, 250, 000.00 and 200, 000.00 respectively) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
