Description : Invitation to Bid for PACKAGE 03-2026
1) The Municipal Local Government of Kibungan, through the 2026 Municipal Development Fund (MDF) & 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 704, 999.99 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PACKAGE 03-2026 and Project Identification Number Infra 010-05-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government of Kibungan now invites bids from technically, legally, and financially capable contractors for the above procurement project for the repair of building, improvement of footpath and access road. Completion of the Works is required within 100 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
