Description : Invitation to Bid for the Pabahay Projects
1. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion, through the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund - Capital Outlay CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 78/100 (Php 1, 399, 999.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Pabahay Projects / ITB-2026-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 160 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
