Prior to commencement of debris removal, the Contractor shall perform a pre‑construction underwater inspection of the harbour bottom within the limits shown on the Drawings, document and report debris conditions and discrepancies to the Owner or Owner-s Representative and obtain approval to proceed. The Contractor shall coordinate all diving, lifting, and marine activities with the Assistant Terminal Manager (ATM) such that vessel traffic and terminal operations are not disturbed, except as expressly approved. Harbour debris, including but not limited to selective boulders, concrete fragments, scrap steel, timber, and miscellaneous construction debris, shall be removed using Contractor‑selected means and methods and lifting equipment within the limits shown on the Drawings.
