Summary Details:
The District of North Vancouver invites quotations from highly qualified and experienced Vendors for the supply and installation of public address (PA) and audio visual (AV) equipment required for the Lions Gate Community Recreation Centre (LGCRC), in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided in ITQ.008.21.
A non-mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 2:00pm on February 24, 2021 to allow Bidders an opportunity to conduct an examination of the Work Site to determine the existing conditions, critical dimensions and limitations. The LGCRC is an active construction site, and Bidders are required to supply and wear their own Personal Protection Equipment which will include Hi-Vis Vest, Hard Hat and Safety Boots. Bidders must also follow all provincial guidelines and orders with respect to the Covid19 pandemic, and must wear a face mask during the site visit.
