The Owner-s Engineer to provide design support and technical expertise to SaskPower. The Owner-s Engineer is required to assist SaskPower with initial Project planning, specification development, Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes. The Owner-s Engineer shall also support SaskPower to manage an EPC contractor.
