Following an assessment of the electrical input at Gare du Palais by Gemitech in March 2024, the technical report showed that several major and critical components had reached, and in some cases exceeded, their useful life. The purpose of this call for tenders is to select an Electrical General Contractor to carry out the work for the retrofit replacement of the main components of the 600V main substation, as well as, the retrofit replacement of the main components of the 600V secondary substation, including the 120/208V and 480V modules.In order to submit a Tender, the Tenderer must comply with the following criteria: Tenderer has the following minimal insurance coverage: Wrap-up liability insurance for companies: for a minimum amount of five million dollars ($5, 000, 000) per event, with a total amount of at least ten million dollars ($10, 000, 000); Automobile liability insurance for a minimum amount of two million dollars ($2, 000, 000) per event; All-risk insurance for the Contractors' equipment; and All-risk construction site insurance for an amount equal to the sum of the contract price and the full value of the products and materials to be incorporated into the work Bid Bond issu...
