The contract is a public works contract within the meaning of article 2, 18° of the Public Procurement Law. The contract essentially consists of: The replacement of HVAC installations at Liège-Guillemins station, in technical premises. More precisely : • the replacement of four air handling units with dual-flow units with heat recovery wheels; • the replacement of four refrigeration units with units of the same type and power (200 kW per machine) (the machines must be installed in technical rooms, the condensers are ventilated via air ducts); • replacement of the domestic cold water network piping (galvanized steel piping to be replaced by HDPE); • bringing the natural ventilation of the boiler room • the installation of a rainwater recovery installation (pumping into a storm basin under the station and transfer to a new 60 m³ tank (tank to be built, in concrete, in the median of the access roundabout to the car park, at the rear of the station); The subject of the contract is described further in these special specifications and in the other contract documents.
