Business Oulu business institution requests your offer "International networks as accelerators of the commercialization of startups" for expert work (hereinafter also "customer") of this call for tenders and its appendices This tender concerns the hatchery operation developed in the OYSTER Health and Life Science hatchery project and the construction of related service functions. OYSTER Incubator is primarily aimed at start-up companies and researchers, for students, professionals and innovators who are interested in developing innovations in the field of digital health, health technology, health and wellness and diagnostics. to design and implement an operating model intended for OYSTER Hautomo's participating companies/teams, which answers the question: How can we speed up the commercialization of research-oriented startup teams, e.g. international investor and buyer networks utilizing?During the spring and summer of 2026, a series of workshops will be implemented in Finland and online, as well as a series of workshops at one selected international Startup event in Europe for about 5 start-up startup teams with investor skills. In addition expert work will produce development proposals for the operating model by the end of August 2026.
