PurposeThe City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, for Owner-s Representative Services to assist the City in delivering the Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF) in a timely manner while adhering to State and Federal requirements.
